Bulk tools

CSV import, batch video upload, batch image upload. Schedule a month of content in one session.

Most of the time you'll post one-at-a-time from the compose editor. But every couple of weeks you'll batch — "import the 30 quote graphics" or "upload the 12 reels we filmed last weekend." That's what bulk tools is for.

Find it at /app/bulk.

Three flows

ToolBest for
CSV importCaptions + schedules you authored in a spreadsheet
Bulk image uploadA folder of 10-50 photos, each with its own caption
Bulk video uploadA folder of MP4s (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)

CSV import

The CSV import takes a comma-separated file with one row per post. The expected columns:

caption,scheduled_at,platforms,media_url
"Caption for post 1","2026-06-01 09:00","instagram,tiktok","https://your-cdn.com/post-1.mp4"
"Caption for post 2","2026-06-01 17:00","linkedin","https://your-cdn.com/post-2.jpg"

Columns explained:

  • caption — the text to publish. UTF-8 supported.
  • scheduled_at — when to fire, in ISO 8601 or your local timezone.
  • platforms — comma-separated network keys (instagram, tiktok, linkedin, etc.).
  • media_url — optional. A public URL to the image or video we should attach. We download and re-host it through our own storage so the eventual publish doesn't depend on your CDN.

Up to 500 rows per import. We validate the file row-by-row and surface a table of any issues before committing.

Bulk image / video upload

The image and video upload variants are simpler — drag a folder of files into the dropzone, edit each row's caption and target networks inline, set a schedule template (start time + interval), hit submit.

The schedule template lets you say "every 4 hours starting tomorrow at 9am" and we'll back-fill the timestamps for each row. Per-row overrides still apply — change one timestamp and the rest of the template stays put.

Common patterns

  • Weekly batch: Sunday evening, drag 7-10 photos in, set template "daily at 11am for 7 days", hit submit. You've scheduled a week.
  • Pinterest pinning: 30 pins at once via CSV, randomised across 3 days at 30-minute gaps. See Randomised scheduling.
  • Quote series: 12 quote graphics from Canva, dropped in as bulk-image, scheduled across a month.

Cap and quotas

  • 500 posts per single import batch
  • Same per-network rate limits as individual posts
  • We don't cap how many bulk imports you can run per day — the bottleneck is always the network's own publish rate
