Account groups

Reusable selections of social accounts. Skip picking checkboxes every time you post.

If you're posting to the same set of networks every time — "always Instagram + TikTok + YouTube Shorts", for example — picking the same checkboxes 50 times a week gets old fast. Account groups are the fix.

What an account group is

A saved selection of one or more social accounts. Once you've created a group, the compose editor surfaces it as a one-click shortcut next to the per-network row.

Examples:

  • Personal brand — your personal IG + LinkedIn
  • Client A — Client A's IG + TikTok + YouTube
  • Shorts everywhere — Instagram Reels + TikTok + YT Shorts + Facebook Reels

Creating a group

/app/settings/account-groupsNew group. Name it, tick the accounts that belong, save.

You can have as many groups as you want. They're per-workspace, not per-account, so if you're on a team workspace, everyone sees the same groups.

Using a group

When you create a post:

  • Click the group name from the network row toolbar.
  • All accounts in the group are selected.
  • You can still toggle individual networks off if a particular post doesn't fit everywhere.

Account groups vs. queues

These solve different problems:

  • Account groups answer "which accounts does this post go to?"
  • Queues answer "when does this post fire?"

They're fully independent — you can use a group with a manual timestamp, a single account with a queue, or both together.

Limits

  • Groups are unlimited on every plan.
  • A group can contain accounts from different networks.
  • An account can belong to multiple groups.
