Calendar view
Drag-to-reschedule, click-to-edit, month or week. The view most power users live in.
The Calendar is the visual counterpart to the list-style Scheduled view. It shows every scheduled post on a month or week grid, colour-coded by network.
What you can do
- See everything at once — every scheduled post across every connected network shows up on the calendar.
- Drag to reschedule — grab a post and drop it on a new day or hour. The time updates immediately.
- Click to edit — opens the post in the compose editor in a side panel without leaving the calendar.
- Right-click to duplicate — copies a post to a new slot with the same content but unfired.
- Multi-select — shift-click to select multiple posts, then bulk-reschedule or bulk-delete from the toolbar.
Filters
The toolbar at the top filters by:
- Network — show only Instagram, only TikTok, etc. Useful when the grid gets dense.
- Status — scheduled, posted, failed, drafts.
- Account — when you've connected multiple accounts on the same network, you can isolate one.
Time zone
The calendar renders in your local timezone, same as the date picker in compose. If you're scheduling for an audience in a different zone, our advice is to set your dashboard timezone to your audience's — it makes the "does 9am Tuesday work" question easier to answer at a glance.
You can change the timezone preference in Settings → Preferences.
Week vs. month view
- Month view — 7×5 grid of days. Best when you're scanning a campaign or planning ahead.
- Week view — 7 days × 24 hours. Best when you're editing specific times or comparing networks for the same day.
Toggle between them with W (week) and M (month) on your
keyboard.
Failed posts
A post that failed to publish gets a red highlight in the calendar. Click it to see the platform's error message and either re-fire (after you fix the issue) or delete.
This is how most users notice publish failures — the dashboard doesn't pop notifications, but the red highlight on the calendar is hard to miss.
