Getting started

Create an account

Sign up with email or Google. The 14-day trial doesn't ask for a credit card.

Two ways to sign up. Both end at the same place — your dashboard with zero accounts connected and a 14-day trial counter at the top.

Email signup

Go to post-mate.com/signup and enter your email. We send a confirmation link; click it, set a password, done.

If the confirmation email doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder. Resend gives some inbox providers a small reputation grace period that can briefly slow first-time delivery. You can also re-trigger the email from the same signup screen.

Google signup

The faster option. Click Continue with Google on the signup page, pick the Google account you want to use, and you'll be inside within ten seconds. We only ask for your email and name — not your contacts, not your calendar.

If your Google identity is set up with two-factor (which we recommend), it'll prompt for that as part of Google's own flow. We never see the codes.

What the trial gives you

The 14-day free trial includes every paid feature: unlimited scheduling, every network we support, bulk import, the MCP server, the REST API. You can connect up to 15 accounts on trial — same as the Creator plan.

The trial doesn't ask for a credit card. We'd rather have you decide at the end of two weeks than nudge you with a card already on file.

What happens when the trial ends

Two scenarios:

  • If you've picked a plan: we charge your card and life continues, no disruption.
  • If you haven't: the account quietly downgrades to a read-only state. Your scheduled posts won't fire, but no data is deleted — you can resume any time by adding a card.

We don't auto-charge anyone at trial end. The only way money moves is if you actively pick a plan.
